All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits and prepayments are transferable to a future service up to 6 months from the date of cancellation as long as any non-refundable expenses and cancellation fees are covered.
Services cancelled 48 to 24 hours in advance incur a cancellation fee 50%. No-call/no shows & services cancelled within 24 hours of meeting incur a 100% fee.
If Ravone incurred non-refundable travel expenses on your behalf, those costs are added to the cancellation fee. Video chats cancelled less than 60 minutes beforehand are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of rate.
We expect all cancellation fees to be paid within 72 hours of cancellation. By paying a deposit, you understand and agree to these cancellation policies. Please email [email protected] if you have questions or concerns.
Deposits can also be paid electronically with cryptocurrency (Bitcoin preferred) and CashApp. Please reach out if you wish to pay via crypto or CashApp. PayPal, Zelle and Venmo are not accepted.
